New Restaurant Opened In Watervilet

The Trestle Restaurant and Pub is now open for business. It's located in the old Purple Pub space and will be open 7 days a week and will offer delivery and takeout.
If you're not sure where the Purple Pub used to be, it's at 2 Cohoes Road.
Why "The Trestle"? The restaurant is located very close to an old railroad bridge. Now, as for the menu, they offer typical bar foods. Pizza, wings, appetizers, salads and also wood-fired sandwiches. The one that I'm really looking forward to trying is the Buffalo Gentleman. The sandwich has fried chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese and homemade bacon blue cheese slaw and BBQ sauce.
