One "Barb" Has Had Enough And Is Actually Suing Her

One of Nicki's "Barbs", Tameer Peak, is claiming that she has outright attacked him on social media for quite some time and he's had enough. He filed a $5 Million lawsuit against her, claiming reputational harm, emotional distress and financial loss.
Tameer has been following Nicki on social media for around 15 years but he claims that back in 2017 things took a turn for the worse and became very personal. That's when, according to the lawsuit, Nicki went on her "Nicki hate train" phase and accused some of her fans of being moles that were sent to derail her career. Tameer being one of those fans that she accused.
He says that at one point she invited him to her hotel room to film and embarrass him in on and IG live in front of her followers. Other claims in the suit say that he was mistreated during a 2020 Super Bowl event, she has targeted him on her X, and also saying that he was "one sandwich short of a picnic" and implied that he was on welfare. Nicki allegedly also labeled him as a "stalker" who has impersonated members of her team.
Nicki's lawyer, Judd Burstein, released a statement to TMZ.com saying -
“Mr. Peak has been harassing Nicki on social media for years on end to no avail."
"He has now graduated to seeking to shake her down financially with manifestly false allegations and legally frivolous claims. He will regret having gone down this disreputable road when he is forced to pay her legal fees as required by California law.”
It'll be interesting to see where this lawsuit goes. Being that I have zero knowledge of the law, I'm not really sure that Tameer has a case but then again, maybe he does? I guess in this case, we'll find out in due time.
